Internal corrosion control and monitoring of Puguang gas gathering system

Ou Li,Li Shijie,Su Guofeng

Strategic Study of CAE 2010, Volume 12, Issue 10,   Pages 70-75

Abstract:

The corrosion features of highly hydrogen sulfur and carbon dioxide sour gas field were introduced, and the corrosion research results of simulating site operation condition of Puguang gas gathering system during the Puguang Gas Field development were discussed. The corrosion control plan of"carbon steel + corrosion inhibitor + pigging + corrosion monitoring"  was expounded which is designed for the Puguang Gas Field with highly hydrogen sulfuer , involuted terrain, a dense population, and a "wet"  gas gathering system. The execution effect of corrosion control & monitoring was preliminarily evaluated, and the proposal for some existing problems was given.

Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering 2011, Volume 5, Issue 3,   Pages 362-371 doi: 10.1007/s11705-011-1106-z

Abstract: In a modern day sulfur recovery unit (SRU), hydrogen sulfide (H S) is converted to elemental sulfur usingThe effect of the H S concentration, the H S/CO ratio, the input air flow rate, the acid gas flow ofHowever, if three other parameters (the concentration of H S, the ratio H S/CO and the flow rate ofThis increase had different slopes depending on the oxygen concentration in the input air.In general, the concentration of oxygen in the input air into the Claus unit had little effect on the

Frontiers in Energy 2021, Volume 15, Issue 3,   Pages 744-751 doi: 10.1007/s11708-021-0775-7

Abstract: In this paper, a photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) recovery of toxic H2S into H2 andsub>2S totally converted S2 into S without any polysulfide (H2 was simultaneously generated at a rate of about 0.867 mL/(h·cm).The proposed PEC H2S splitting system provides an efficient and sustainable route to recoverH2 and S.

Jinzhi CAI, Dan LI, Denggao CHEN, Zhenshan LI

Frontiers in Energy 2021, Volume 15, Issue 1,   Pages 4-13 doi: 10.1007/s11708-020-0804-y

Abstract: This paper focused on the investigation of reductive gases in the formation of NO and H S in the reductiveBoth the CO and H S concentrations inblended coal combustion increase with an increase in the combustionBased on accumulated experimental data, one interesting finding was that NO and H S from blended coalcombustion were almost directly dependent on the CO concentration, and the CO concentration of the blendedcoal combustion depended on the single char gasification conversion. Thus, CO, NO , and H S formation
